Sketch/Calligraphy - This is only part of the great verse - Needs some work [that "u" and "n" look too much alike for my taste and that weird ligature between then "R" and "g" doesn't work well] and better ink job, but I like the flow and arrangement so may eventually create a vector of this. Probably not going to make it all month, but I'm going to try for at least one every other day. Don't plan to ink them - my goal is to sharpen my drawing skills some - have really let them atrophy. American Gothic image from wikipedia - bubble image from a YouTube video - Digitally painted new lips, shadows, and buck-teeth in Photoshop, comped the images together & added filters. I can hear him now. "Now, Ethel. I told ya we was gonna set for tha camera. If'n ya don' spit that out now, I'm'a gonna pop it with this here fork!"
